Mahindra Lifespaces Signs 100-Acre Plotted Development in MMR

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL) has announced its entry into the MMR plotted development segment with a strategic 100-acre acquisition on Karjat-Murbad Road. Building on the success of its existing projects—Lakefront Estates and Green Estates at Mahindra World City, Chennai—this project marks MLDL's first plotted development in the region. Slated for launch in FY25, the development caters to the rising buyer preference for personalized housing and land ownership. Looking ahead, MLDL is also evaluating opportunities to expand its plotted residential portfolio into key markets including Pune and Bengaluru.
