Mahindra Lifespace Developers has expanded its footprint in North Bengaluru with the acquisition of approximately nine acres of land through a ₹199 crore deal involving the purchase of Shreyas Stones Pvt. Ltd. (SSPL). Executed via a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), the transaction grants Mahindra Lifespace 100% ownership of SSPL, which holds 8.79 acres in Navaratna Agrahara Village.
The company stated that the newly acquired land presents an opportunity for premium residential development, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,100 crore. The parcel adjoins an existing Mahindra Lifespace project, enabling the potential for a larger, integrated development with a combined GDV of ₹2,100 crore.
Commenting on the acquisition, Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO, said: “This acquisition marks a significant milestone in strengthening our presence in North Bengaluru, one of the city’s fastest-growing real estate corridors.”
Mahindra Lifespace's residential portfolio currently spans 47.56 million sq. ft. across seven cities, in addition to over 5,000 acres of industrial and integrated developments across four strategic locations.
