Luxury Meets Hospitality: Migsun's New ₹250 Cr Project in Rohini

Migsun Group has announced an investment of Rs 250 crore to develop what is projected to be New Delhi’s first luxury serviced apartment project in Rohini.

The development is planned as a premium mixed-use residential offering that combines the comfort of luxury living with hospitality-driven services. The project will feature nearly 500 fully serviced apartments designed to cater to corporate executives, business travellers, expatriates, NRIs, medical tourists and affluent residents seeking professionally managed long-term accommodation in the national capital.

The project will offer a comprehensive range of lifestyle and hospitality amenities, including concierge services, wellness and fitness facilities, business support infrastructure, premium recreational spaces and curated resident engagement programs. Strategically located in Rohini, the development is expected to provide excellent connectivity to key commercial centres, social infrastructure and business districts, while being approximately 20 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it particularly attractive to frequent travellers.

The project marks Migsun Group’s entry into the rapidly expanding serviced residence segment and aligns with its broader growth strategy following the delivery of over two crore sq. ft. of real estate developments. According to Yash Miglani, Managing Director of Migsun Group, the company aims to introduce a globally benchmarked luxury serviced apartment concept in New Delhi and establish a landmark destination that caters to evolving urban lifestyle preferences.
