Larsen & Toubro said its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured multiple “large” orders from a real estate client for projects in Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The company categorises contracts worth between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore as “large”.
Among the key wins is a major residential development in Hyderabad involving the design and construction of 10 high-rise towers, each rising up to 180 metres. The project will feature two basements, 55 floors in each tower, and two clubhouses.
Another contract involves a luxury residential tower in Worli, Mumbai, where L&T will carry out reinforced cement concrete (RCC) shell-and-core works for a 260-metre-tall building with five basements and 63 floors.
The third order, located in Karnataka, covers the construction of residential villas, a luxury hotel, and related infrastructure. L&T’s scope includes RCC shell-and-core construction along with finishing works.
L&T’s Buildings & Factories division executes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects spanning residential and commercial buildings, airports, hospitals, public infrastructure, data centres and industrial facilities.
