L&T B&F Secures Landmark Infrastructure Wins in Haryana

Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured significant infrastructure orders in India, spanning large-scale residential and industrial projects in Gurugram and across Haryana.

One of the key contracts has been awarded by Oberoi Realty for the construction of seven high-rise residential towers in Gurugram, NCR. The scope includes reinforced cement concrete (RCC) shell and core works, along with earthworks and piling, reflecting the complexity and scale of high-density urban housing projects.

In another major development, L&T has secured an order from an international client to build a proving ground in Haryana. The facility will serve as advanced testing infrastructure for next-generation vehicles equipped with emerging technologies. The scope includes construction of the testing tracks, along with associated finishing works and external development.

These wins highlight L&T’s strong execution capabilities in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) across diverse sectors. The B&F division continues to deliver complex projects ranging from residential towers and industrial plants to airports, hospitals, data centres, and specialised facilities such as automotive testing grounds, renewable energy systems, and advanced manufacturing units.
