Logitech’s Next Big Move: Local Production Begins in India

Logitech is taking a major step forward in India by initiating local manufacturing at its production facility in Manesar, Haryana.

Working alongside a local manufacturing partner, the company is starting assembly with high-volume essentials like webcams and keyboards. Sree Chenincherry, Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer, noted that Logitech plans to scale up in phases—moving from assembly to deeper component localization and eventually exploring export opportunities from India.

This manufacturing rollout expands Logitech’s growing footprint in the region, complementing its established R&D and engineering hubs in Chennai.
