Lemon Tree’s Nepal Portfolio Ripens with New Simara Hotel

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has announced the signing of a new property in Simara, further strengthening its international footprint.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has signed Lemon Tree Hotel, Simara, Nepal, which will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary.

With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio in Nepal will expand to seven properties, including two operational hotels and five under development. The move underscores the company’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in key gateway cities and transit-oriented markets.
