Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a hotel operation agreement for its upcoming property in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Branded as “Lemon Tree Suites,” the property is located in the spiritual city of Tirupati, home to the renowned Sri Venkateswara Temple, one of India’s most prominent pilgrimage destinations that attracts millions of devotees each year. The hotel will offer 228 well-appointed rooms and suites, along with a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, and recreational amenities including a swimming pool and spa.
The property enjoys excellent connectivity, with Tirupati International Airport located approximately 10 km away and Tirupati Railway Station about 6.3 km away, ensuring convenient access via public and private transport.
