Leh Breaks the Ice with Ladakh's First International Rink

Ladakh's winter sports landscape just reached a major milestone! Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena officially opened the region's very first international-standard artificial ice hockey rink at Leh's NDS Stadium.

Thanks to a dedicated 24x7 chilling plant, local athletes can now train year-round without depending on unpredictable winter weather. This game-changing facility not only paves the way for better preparation ahead of national and international tournaments but also promises to unearth incredible new talent from across Ladakh.
