Kirloskar Pneumatic Seals the Deal on S&C Acquisition

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has completed the acquisition of an additional 44.74% equity stake in Systems & Components India (S&C), taking its total ownership to 100%.

Effective 4 May 2026, S&C has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirloskar Pneumatic. The move aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen operational control and drive long-term value creation across its subsidiary network. A key player in air, refrigeration, and gas compressor segments, Kirloskar Pneumatic aims to better align S&C’s performance with its original acquisition objectives.

Following the acquisition, the company has initiated a restructuring process within S&C to enhance efficiency and optimise operations. The transformation is expected to position the subsidiary for sustainable growth while improving overall performance.

This development reflects Kirloskar Pneumatic’s broader focus on consolidating its business operations and reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and long-term growth in the engineering sector.
