Adani Green Energy Limited has expanded its renewable portfolio with the commissioning of a 292 MW solar power project at Khavda by its wholly owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A Limited.
The project was operationalised after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals, with the formal decision taken at 7:37 p.m. on April 22, 2026. Power generation from the facility is set to begin on April 23, 2026.
Following this addition, the company’s total operational renewable energy capacity has reached 19,585.8 MW. It has also scaled up its operational battery energy storage system capacity to 1,376 MWh, reinforcing its integrated clean energy infrastructure.
