Kalpataru H1 FY27: Big Growth, 2,200+ New Homes Delivered!

Kalpataru reported steady pre-sales growth in Q2 FY27 alongside significant delivery milestones, completing over 2,200 residential units spanning approximately 2.37 million sq. ft. in the first half of the fiscal year. During Q2, the developer launched Kalpataru Elaara, a luxury residential project offering 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes in Goregaon West, Mumbai, well-connected to key social infrastructure. The company also secured Occupation Certificates (OCs) for ~2.37 million sq. ft. across Q2 and H1 FY27. Moving forward, Kalpataru aims to expand its presence in key high-growth markets, optimize operations, and advance its pipeline to sustain long-term growth.
