IRB Infrastructure's ₹2,663 Crore Highway Expansion

IRB Infrastructure has further solidified its position in India’s road infrastructure sector by entering into project implementation agreements valued at approximately ₹2,663 crore for two key highway Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Announced via exchange filings, the agreements outline project obligations for the remainder of the assets' concession periods. As a prominent private-sector player experienced in BOT and TOT models, IRB continues to contribute significantly to India's national highway expansion, aiming to boost regional connectivity and logistics efficiency.
