Brigade Group has acquired an 11-acre land parcel in Whitefield, Bengaluru, for the development of a premium Grade A office project, with an estimated gross development value of ₹2,000 crore. The project will encompass approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of built-up space and represents a strategic expansion in one of the city’s key technology and business corridors.
Whitefield continues to be a sought-after destination for office space, bolstered by strong metro connectivity and a thriving corporate ecosystem. This new development is part of Brigade’s broader strategy to add eight million sq. ft. to its office portfolio.
Designed with a focus on sustainability and aligned with the company’s net-zero emissions target, the project reinforces Brigade’s leadership in green building initiatives.
