Inox Wind Limited (IWL), one of India’s leading wind energy solutions providers, has secured new orders totaling 229 MW, further strengthening its project pipeline and reinforcing its position in the country’s renewable energy sector.
The company received a 160 MW order (including 112 MW firm and an optional 48 MW) from a prominent Indian independent power producer (IPP) for its 3.3 MW turbines. The scope of work includes limited-scope EPC services along with multi-year operations and maintenance (O&M) support.
In addition, Inox Wind obtained a repeat order of 69 MW from another major renewable energy developer—part of a global clean energy group—for a project in Maharashtra.
This latest order builds on the customer’s confidence in Inox Wind, following a 153 MW order placed earlier in the year. Collectively, these developments underscore Inox Wind’s expanding footprint and growing momentum in India’s renewable energy landscape.
