Indiabulls Estate & Club: Dhani's Gurugram Vision Grows

Dhani Services, through its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with landowners for 5.37 acres to expand its real estate development in Gurugram, Haryana.

The project is subject to registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and other necessary regulatory approvals. This MoU will extend the company's fully owned “Indiabulls Estate & Club” in Sector-104, Gurugram, increasing the total area from 24 acres to 29.37 acres.

The planned development will cover approximately 70.8 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 12,065 crore.
