Incuspaze Goes Big in Gujarat with New Grade-A Office Space

Incuspaze has leased 60,000 sq. ft. of office space at Million Minds Tech City (MMTC), a Grade-A commercial development located along the Ahmedabad–GIFT City business corridor.

The facility is situated within a 65-acre IT SEZ park developed by Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited and recently inaugurated by Amit Shah.

The new workspace is designed to accommodate more than 1,200 seats and expands Incuspaze’s total real estate footprint in Gujarat to nearly 1.7 lakh sq. ft. The move forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy across key business hubs including Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and GIFT City.

Sanjay Chatrath said the expansion is aimed at meeting rising enterprise demand for scalable, managed, and technology-enabled office spaces.

The Ahmedabad–GIFT City region is witnessing growing commercial activity driven by the expansion of global capability centres (GCCs), banking and financial services firms, and fintech investments. Industry momentum has also been supported by Gujarat’s GCC Policy 2025–30, which aims to attract more than 250 GCC entities to the state.
