The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed an initial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) to collaborate on port infrastructure development projects worth ₹5,000 crore.
The non-binding MoU outlines cooperation in the financing, refinancing, and development of existing and upcoming infrastructure projects at JN Port. The partnership represents a strategic initiative to strengthen port infrastructure and aligns with HUDCO’s broader objective of supporting large-scale infrastructure financing across the country.
The agreement was signed by Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, and Unmesh Sharad Wagh, Chairman of JNPA.
