HPCL Expands Visakh Refinery: Tender Issued for FCCU-2

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invited bids for turnaround works in the FCCU2 unit at its Visakh Refinery in Andhra Pradesh.

The scope includes work on the R-R section, orifice chamber, reactor vapor line, and 14C02X/03X columns. It involves fabrication, supply of components, and complete mobilization of resources such as skilled manpower, supervision, tools, transportation, and materials. Bidders must also provide all necessary site services to ensure smooth and timely execution.

These turnaround activities are essential for maintaining the operational reliability, safety, and efficiency of the refinery. HPCL seeks experienced contractors to execute the project with minimal downtime through a structured and professional approach.

The deadline for bid submission is 2 September 2025.
