Bengaluru-based Hosmat Hospitals is set to expand its network by adding 150–200 beds over the next five years and extending its presence to tier-2 cities such as Mangaluru, Mysuru, and Karwar.
Currently operating 550 beds, the hospital is targeting 20–30% annual revenue growth, driven largely by its newest facility. Alongside physical expansion, Hosmat is strengthening its home-care services, which have grown 400% in the past year, and is introducing new specialties including oncology, pain management, gynecology, and cosmetology. The hospital also plans to deploy mobile clinics, equipped with physiotherapists, nurses, and lab technicians, to support post-operative rehabilitation and chronic care management.
“We want to go deeper into Karnataka before expanding nationally. The aim is to bring care closer to people instead of them travelling long distances,” said Anisha Chandy Eckardt, Managing Director of Hosmat Hospitals.
