Hiranandani Communities, led by Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, has unveiled ‘Hiranandani Sands’, India’s largest coastal destination township, located in Alibaug, Maharashtra, near Mumbai. The project is expected to generate an estimated ₹17,000 crore in revenue.
Spanning 225 acres, the township is envisioned as a premier luxury lifestyle hub, offering a mix of villas, plotted developments, serviced apartments, and private beachfront access. Key highlights include five luxury hotels, a mega convention centre, ecowellness facilities, wedding venues, beach entertainment zones, and a yacht club.
Emphasising sustainability, the project integrates 27 acres of reserved forest and is located near 100 acres of wetlands to preserve ecological balance.
The first phase, featuring 330 residential units priced between ₹80 lakh and ₹2.85 crore, was completely sold out at launch. Backed by major infrastructure developments—such as the Ro-Ro ferry, sea bridges, and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport—the project positions Alibaug as a rising hub for luxury living and tourism real estate, appealing to both domestic and international investors.
