Hermes Distillery has acquired ten luxury residential units in Marine Lines, Mumbai, for Rs 199.34 crore, as per property registration records reviewed by Square Yards.
The transactions, registered in January 2025, involve apartments in Prestige Ocean Tower, a newly launched residential project by Prestige Projects. The total built-up area spans 25,650 sq. ft., with each unit offering a carpet area of 2,482 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 2,565 sq. ft.. The cost per unit ranges between Rs 19.39 crore and Rs 20.54 crore, and the purchase includes 30 car parking spaces.
Marine Lines is a prime residential locality known for its proximity to business hubs such as Churchgate and Fort, as well as its seamless connectivity via the Western Railway Line, Eastern Express Highway, and the upcoming Metro Line 3. The area is also home to landmarks like Marine Drive and UNESCO-listed Art Deco buildings.
Founded in 2008, Hermes Distillery is based in Belgaum, Karnataka, and is a leading alcoholic beverage manufacturer specializing in whisky, vodka, rum, and brandy. The company operates from its manufacturing facility in Raibag, Belgaum.
