Gurugram's Falcon: Luxury Living Gets a ₹500 Cr. Boost

Shreeram Group, a Gujarat-based manufacturer and exporter of industrial and edible salts, has forayed into real estate with a Rs 500 crore investment in Dalcore’s luxury residential project, ‘The Falcon’, in Gurugram.

Situated in Sector 53, Golf Course Road, the project will feature 96 luxury apartments with prices starting at Rs 10 crore. Dalcore has partnered with the global design brand YOO, founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox, to deliver a unique lifestyle experience. ‘The Falcon’ marks YOO’s first project in North India, further expanding its footprint in cities including Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

Set across two acres, the development will offer three- and four-BHK units. Sidharth Chowdhry, MD of Dalcore, highlighted the project’s prime location with excellent connectivity and infrastructure, making it highly attractive to high-net-worth buyers.
