Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru, enhancing the project’s revenue potential by ₹2,400 crore and taking the total estimated potential to ₹3,500 crore.
The newly acquired land adds about two million sq. ft. of developable area to the previously planned three million sq. ft. across 30 acres. With this expansion, GPL aims to build a large-scale, integrated residential township featuring generous open spaces, modern amenities, and a sustainability- and wellness-focused design. Situated in the Sarjapur Road area, the site offers strong connectivity to major employment hubs—including Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Bellandur, and Electronic City—and is supported by well-developed social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, and retail centres.
The acquisition further strengthens GPL’s position in one of Bengaluru’s most in-demand residential micromarkets. A GPL spokesperson noted, “This acquisition enhances our ability to deliver high-quality urban living in one of Bengaluru’s most vibrant locales.”
