Golden Grove: Prestige Estates’ ₹9,500 Cr Vision for Hyderabad

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has unveiled Prestige Golden Grove, a major new residential township in Hyderabad’s fast-developing Tellapur locality.

Spread across 28.6 acres, the project offers a total saleable area of around 10.36 million sq. ft., with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹9,500 crore. The development will feature 5,120 residential units across multiple configurations, including 2, 3, 3.5, and 4-bedroom homes, along with select 4-bedroom units that include staff accommodation. Apartment sizes range from 1,169 sq. ft. to 3,013 sq. ft., with pricing between ₹1 crore and ₹3 crore, targeting a broad range of buyers.

Tellapur continues to gain traction due to its proximity to Hyderabad’s key IT hubs and its growing social infrastructure, making it a preferred destination for homebuyers and investors alike. Prestige Golden Grove aims to offer a well-rounded living experience through contemporary design, expansive open spaces, and a wide range of lifestyle amenities.

Speaking on the launch, Irfan Razack noted that the project strengthens the company’s footprint in Hyderabad. He emphasized that the development aligns with evolving homebuyer expectations, while maintaining a focus on execution discipline and quality delivery.

This launch reflects Prestige Estates’ broader strategy of expanding its presence in high-growth urban markets while continuing to diversify its residential portfolio.
