Godrej Properties plans to launch housing projects worth ₹40,000 crore in the current financial year, reinforcing its leadership in sales bookings and expanding its regional footprint. The company has set an FY26 sales booking target of ₹32,500 crore—20% above last year’s guidance and 10% higher than FY25’s record ₹29,444 crore in bookings.
In FY25, Godrej exceeded its original ₹30,000 crore launch target by delivering ₹36,600 crore worth of projects across 34 launches, covering 292 lakh sq. ft. Key upcoming developments include a flagship project in Worli, Mumbai (H1/FY26), and the Ashok Vihar project in Delhi (by March 2026).
To fuel this expansion, the company raised ₹6,000 crore via a QIP in October and, along with ₹7,500 crore in operating cash flows, is well-positioned for land acquisition and development investments.
