The Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) has provisionally allotted three of the six major plots at the upcoming Hello World Innovation & Research Park to Mumbai-based Aurum Real Estate Developers. Situated in Phase IV of the Verna Industrial Estate, this ambitious 400,000 sq. meter project marks a pivotal moment for Goa’s technology sector.
Envisioned by Industries Minister Mauvin Godinho as a multi-purpose hub for innovation, research, and IT services, the park is designed to revitalize the state’s tech ecosystem. Once fully operational, the hub is projected to generate between 20,000 and 30,000 jobs, serving as a cornerstone of Goa’s strategy to reverse brain drain and attract top-tier skilled professionals back to the state. With the remaining three plots slated for allocation soon, infrastructure development and employment generation are expected to accelerate rapidly.
