Global Push: Rushil Decor Expands Jumbo Laminates Facility

Rushil Decor, a leading Indian manufacturer of decorative laminates and MDF boards, has commenced trial production under Phase 2 of its Jumbo Size Laminates facility in Itla, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

This expansion follows the successful completion of Phase 1 and adds an additional capacity of 1.6 million sheets per annum (1 mm thickness), increasing the plant’s total output to 2.8 million sheets annually. Strategically focused on exports, the facility is geared to serve high-growth international markets such as the USA and Europe.

Managing Director Rushil K. Thakkar reaffirmed the company’s revenue goal of ₹1,100 crore (₹11 billion) for FY2026, supported by continuous innovation and capacity enhancement. The brownfield expansion is scheduled for completion by Q3 FY2026 and is expected to contribute approximately ₹300 crore in additional annual revenue. A significant portion of the new capacity has already been secured through export orders, setting the stage for robust global growth.
