GEE's Thane Property: The 400 Cr. Real Estate Advantage

GEE, a leading manufacturer in India’s welding consumables sector, has entered into a development agreement for its leasehold land at Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane, Maharashtra.

The 13,391 sq. m plot will be developed into a modern commercial complex, under which GEE will receive approximately 2,90,000 sq. ft. of RERA-registered constructed area. The project is expected to generate over Rs 400 crore in revenue over its lifecycle. The agreement, signed on November 24, 2025, is between GEE as the landowner and Fen-kin Infinity as the developer.

Managing Director Umesh Agarwal noted that the project unlocks significant value from the company’s Thane property and supports long-term stakeholder growth. He added that GEE plans to shift its manufacturing operations to Bhiwandi–Kalyan, where it already maintains another facility.
