GAIL Seeks PMC Bids for Major DUPL–DPPL Pipeline Expansion

GAIL (India) has invited bids for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the capacity augmentation of the Dahej–Uran–Dabhol–Panvel (DUPL–DPPL) pipeline project.

The project is scheduled for completion within 27 months from the date of the Firm Order of Award (FOA), with pipeline commissioning and inertisation targeted within 24 months. The contract closeout is expected to be completed within three months after commissioning. The initiative aims to strengthen the region’s gas pipeline infrastructure, supporting future energy demand growth and ensuring reliable gas transmission.

The deadline for bid submission is 11 November 2025.
