Adani Total Gas Ltd. (ATGL) and Jio-bp have entered into a strategic alliance to jointly offer petrol, diesel, and CNG at select fuel stations across India. As part of the collaboration, ATGL fuel stations will retail Jio-bp’s high-performance petrol and diesel, while Jio-bp outlets located within ATGL’s authorised geographical areas will host ATGL’s CNG dispensing units.
ATGL—a joint venture between the Adani Group and TotalEnergies—currently operates around 650 CNG stations and caters to residential, commercial, and industrial consumers. The company is also expanding into emerging energy segments such as compressed biogas, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) for transport. ATGL holds authorisation in 34 geographical areas (GAs), and through its joint venture with Indian Oil (IOAGPL), it extends its presence to a total of 53 GAs across 125 districts.
Jio-bp, a joint venture between Reliance Industries and bp, operates close to 2,000 fuel stations nationwide and offers a mix of conventional fuels and low-carbon mobility solutions. The partnership will be implemented at both existing and upcoming fuel stations, aiming to provide a seamless, integrated energy experience for customers across the country.
