Fortis Secures Greater Noida's Healthcare Future

Fortis Healthcare, through its wholly-owned subsidiary International Hospital Ltd. (IHL), has signed a 15-year lease agreement with RR Lifesciences to operate and expand Fortis Hospital Greater Noida, strengthening its presence in the Delhi-NCR region.

Previously managed under an Operations & Management (O&M) arrangement since October 2022, the 200-bed multi-specialty hospital now comes under Fortis’s full operational and financial control. The facility, built on a 1.35-acre UPSIDA-leased plot with a 2.7 lakh sq. ft. built-up area, offers expansion potential of up to 250 beds.

Commenting on the development, Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi, MD & CEO of Fortis Healthcare, said:
