AMPIN Energy Transition has received a $50 million investment from FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, to support the development of greenfield renewable energy projects in India.
The company stated that this long-term funding represents an important milestone in its continued expansion of renewable energy assets nationwide.
FMO’s investment aligns with its broader strategy to scale climate-mitigation commitments and supports India’s target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil-fuel energy capacity by 2030.
