Expanding the Empire: ROHL’s Newest Signing in Rajasthan

Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new leisure property in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, further expanding its footprint in culturally significant destinations through an asset-light growth strategy.

The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement and will feature 200 all-suite rooms spread across 3,623 sq. metres. Designed to cater to travellers seeking comfort, extended stays and immersive local experiences, the hotel will be strategically located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, offering convenient access to commercial hubs and major heritage attractions.

Scheduled to open by December 2029, the property will house expansive banquet and conference facilities, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar and a rooftop pool bar. These amenities position the hotel as a preferred destination for leisure travellers, destination weddings, social celebrations and corporate events.

The project is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home and Shreeyukt and will offer curated dining, wellness facilities and versatile event spaces. Commenting on the signing, ROHL Chairman Chander K. Baljee said the development reinforces the group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in key leisure markets across India.
