Empowering India's Defence: Paras and Hevendrones' Drone Partnership

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited ('PARAS'), a leading Indian defence and space engineering company, has entered into a strategic partnership with Hevendrones Ltd. ('HD'), an Israeli firm specializing in advanced drone technologies. The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on May 5, 2025, with the objective of exploring new business opportunities and expanding their presence in both Indian and global defence markets.

As part of this partnership, PARAS and Hevendrones plan to establish a Joint Venture (JV) in India. The JV will focus on the design, development, and production of cutting-edge logistics and cargo drones for defence and civilian applications. This initiative aligns with the Indian government's "Make in India" campaign, promoting domestic manufacturing and technological innovation in the defence and aerospace sectors.

By combining their respective strengths, PARAS and Hevendrones aim to meet the rising demand for advanced drone solutions while supporting India's goal of achieving greater self-reliance in strategic technologies.
