Dipanshu Builder Secures ₹139 Cr. Jharkhand Township Project

Dipanshu Promoter & Builder has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major township development project at the Pachwara South Open Cast Project in Dumka, Jharkhand.

The project, titled “Establishment of Integrated Township, Administrative Office, and Other Allied Infrastructure Works,” will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. Issued by HLL Infra Tech Services, the contract is valued at approximately ₹139.24 crore.

The proposed township will include essential residential, administrative, and support infrastructure, aimed at enhancing living standards, operational efficiency, and overall development of the Pachwara South coal mining site.
