Praveg has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat for the development of a new resort at Dhordo, Kutch, Gujarat.
The project includes the construction of 46 luxury tent rooms and 42 dormitories, providing a total of 252 beds (equivalent to 126 standard rooms), significantly enhancing the region’s hospitality infrastructure. This expansion complements Praveg’s existing operations, which include 30 Bhungas at Dhordo under a five-year agreement. The newly awarded project carries a 35-year concession period, underscoring a long-term commitment to advancing tourism in the area.
The development is expected to further strengthen Praveg’s presence in Gujarat’s rapidly growing hospitality sector, with execution planned within the designated 35-year concession timeline.
