DHBVN Lights Up Sohna: Rs 67.68 Crore Project

Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) has issued a tender for the development of distribution infrastructure in the Sohna Division, which includes the Sohna and Taoru sub-divisions under the Gurugram-II Circle.

This project is part of the revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector scheme, aimed at reducing losses. The contract, worth Rs 67.68 crore, encompasses a comprehensive scope of work that includes site surveys, planning, design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of all required materials. The project is expected to be completed within 15 months.

Additionally, tenders have been issued for the implementation of LRP works under the RDSS in the Dabwali Division of Sirsa Circle, with a budget of Rs 59.75 crore, and in the Narwana Division of Jind Circle, at an estimated cost of Rs 26.61 crore.
