Delhi NCR & Maharashtra Gear Up for New IHG Hotels

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed two new management agreements, strengthening its presence in the Delhi NCR and Maharashtra regions. The upcoming properties include a 210-key Crowne Plaza in Gurugram Sector 85, developed in collaboration with KS Propmart (Devyansh Group), and a 126-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites located along the Pen Mumbai Goa Highway, being developed by Haware Engineers & Builders.

The Crowne Plaza Gurugram Sector 85 is expected to open in Q1 2029 and will cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering premium hospitality and facilities for meetings and events (MICE). The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, scheduled for early 2028, aims to deliver efficient and comfortable stays for modern travelers.
