Deepak Builders Secures ₹142.60 Cr Unity Mall Project in Karnal!

Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has been awarded a major EPC contract by the HSIIDC Industrial Estate Karnal Authority, having emerged as the L1 (lowest) bidder for the development of a Unity Mall in Sector-37, Karnal, Haryana.

The project, awarded through a Letter of Acceptance dated June 25, 2025, involves the complete planning, design, engineering, procurement, and construction of the mall. The total contract value stands at ₹142.60 crore (inclusive of GST), with a base construction cost of ₹120.85 crore (excluding GST).

Deepak Builders is required to complete the project within 24 months from the start date. Post-construction, the project includes a 36-month defect liability period, followed by 12 months of operation and maintenance (O&M).

This win underscores Deepak Builders’ growing presence in public infrastructure and its continued role in executing high-value civic development projects.
