Ddev Plastiks Industries has started commercial operations at its new XLPE and allied products manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi, Rajasthan, effective April 28, 2026.
The plant, developed with an investment of ₹80 crore, has an installed capacity of 48,000 MTPA and represents a major addition to the company’s production capabilities.
This expansion is expected to reinforce Ddev Plastiks’ presence in the XLPE segment, a niche and fast-growing market. The increased capacity will enable the company to widen its market reach and meet rising demand more efficiently. The facility is estimated to contribute additional revenue of around ₹500 crore, depending on market conditions and capacity utilization.
The company has obtained all required statutory and regulatory approvals, ensuring seamless operations. This development is in line with its long-term strategy of expanding capacity, entering new markets, and enhancing overall competitiveness, while the Rajasthan location offers logistical advantages and supports future growth opportunities.
