Lodha Developers Ltd is set to monetise approximately 150 acres at its data centre park in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) over the next three to four years. The company anticipates generating nearly ₹10,000 crore through the planned land sales.
Managing Director Abhishek Lodha clarified during a recent analyst call that this move aligns with the group's ongoing asset monetisation framework—emphasising that it represents a recurring business model rather than an isolated transaction. With a massive 660-acre land bank dedicated to the data centre park, the firm is strategically positioned to unlock long-term value and capitalise on India's booming digital infrastructure demand.
