Dabur Doubles Down on Digital with New Global Hubs

Dabur India Ltd has announced the establishment and expansion of two strategic Global Capability Centres (GCCs) designed to accelerate its digital transformation journey and enhance consumer engagement capabilities across markets.

The company said the Information Technology Global Capability Centre (IT GCC) will act as a central hub for strengthening Dabur’s digital infrastructure, while the Digital Marketing Global Capability Centre will serve as an advanced marketing platform focused on delivering more personalized and impactful consumer experiences.

According to Dabur, the IT GCC will play a key role in building a scalable, resilient, and intelligence-driven technology ecosystem that supports the company’s growth ambitions in India and international markets. The Digital Marketing GCC will leverage artificial intelligence, advanced marketing technologies, and data analytics to improve customer understanding and create more relevant consumer interactions.

The initiative forms part of Dabur’s broader strategy to enhance organizational agility, drive innovation, and strengthen data-led decision-making capabilities. By consolidating technology and digital marketing expertise within dedicated centres, the company aims to improve operational efficiency while accelerating the adoption of emerging digital capabilities across its business functions.

Commenting on the development, Global Chief Executive Officer Mohit Malhotra said the creation of the GCCs reflects Dabur’s commitment to building a future-ready organization powered by digital technologies, data intelligence, and global capabilities.
