Comt Constructions Wins Bid for ₹150 Crore Varanasi Complex

Comt Constructions has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for the construction of a commercial-cum-integrated office complex at the Commissioners Compound, Kachahari, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

The project, valued at ₹150.69 crore, has been tendered by the Varanasi Development Authority and is designed to create a modern infrastructure hub that combines administrative offices with commercial space. Strategically located in the Kachahari area, the complex will address the increasing administrative and commercial needs of the city.

The upcoming facility aims to:

Improve civic amenities, Modernize government workspaces, Support urban growth and public service delivery

This development aligns with the broader urban infrastructure initiatives being implemented to enhance governance efficiency and civic infrastructure in key cities like Varanasi.
