Chennai Project Alert: B.L. Kashyap Bags ₹364.07 Cr Order

B.L. Kashyap and Sons has secured a ₹364.07 crore contract from ESNP Property Builders and Developers for civil works on the “Embassy Splendid Tech Zone – Block” commercial project in Pallavaram, Chennai.

Under the contract, the company will execute the civil and structural works for the project, which forms part of a larger commercial development. The construction is expected to be completed within 24 months.

The order underscores B.L. Kashyap and Sons’ continued presence in large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects across India. The development of the Embassy Splendid Tech Zone is expected to enhance the region’s business and commercial infrastructure, reinforcing the company’s expertise and growth in the construction sector.
