CCI Drops ₹227 Cr on State-of-the-Art Gurugram Logistics Park

CCI Group has announced a ₹227 crore investment in a state-of-the-art Grade-A logistics park spanning 9.5 lakh sq. ft. in Sohna-Silani, Gurugram. Strategically positioned with seamless connectivity to Delhi NCR, Western Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan, the park will serve high-demand sectors such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, and manufacturing.

Located near the Mumbai-Delhi and KMP Expressways, the facility is designed to optimize delivery speed, reduce operational costs, and enhance last-mile logistics. Key features include a 12-meter clear height, FM2-grade flooring, cross-dock loading bays, modular layouts, and durable RCC internal roads, ensuring adaptability and efficiency for varied tenant needs.

Sustainability is central to the project, with plans for solar-ready roofing, passive ventilation, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting and cooling, and a sewage treatment plant targeting zero-water waste operations. These initiatives align with CCI’s long-term commitment to environmental stewardship.

The development is expected to generate over 550 jobs across construction and operations, boosting local employment and economic activity. This investment underscores CCI’s mission to elevate India’s logistics infrastructure to global standards through sustainable, scalable, and high-performance facilities.
