Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration has entered into a lease agreement with Sri City to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility focused on sustainable and energy-efficient cooling solutions.
The proposed unit will come up on a 39-acre parcel within Sri City, further reinforcing the region’s emergence as a key hub for air-conditioning and HVAC manufacturing in India. The facility is expected to strengthen local industrial capabilities while catering to rising domestic and international demand for advanced climate control technologies.
The investment aligns with Andhra Pradesh’s broader strategy to attract high-value, technology-led industries and build globally competitive manufacturing clusters across the state.
