Building Excellence: Speco Bags Rs 259 Crore Mumbai Institute Contract

Speco Infrastructure has secured the lowest bidder (L1) position for the Phase 1 construction of the Sahitya Ratna Annabhau Sathe Research and Training Institute in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The contract focuses on the initial development phase to build vital institutional infrastructure for specialized research, training programs, and associated facilities. Valued at approximately Rs 259.89 crore, this major project strengthens Speco Infrastructure’s commercial footprint in the state and expands its portfolio in large-scale institutional construction.
