Brigade's ₹175 Crore Vision Takes Shape in Malur

Brigade Enterprises has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a premium plotted residential project in Malur, East Bengaluru. The project, valued at approximately ₹175 crore, will span 20 acres and is expected to offer a total development potential of 0.45 million sq. ft.

Strategically located along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Chennai Expressway, the site benefits from robust infrastructure and enhanced connectivity—factors that are rapidly boosting the area's appeal as a prime residential destination.
