Brigade’s Newest Move: A ₹650 Cr Bet on Secunderabad

Brigade Enterprises has acquired a 2.25-acre land parcel in Secunderabad to develop a new residential project.

In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed that the land acquisition agreement has been signed, although the purchase price was not disclosed. The project adds to Brigade’s expanding footprint in the real estate sector, which includes key cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi, and is expected to generate substantial revenue while strengthening its portfolio in strategic markets.

Founded in 1986, Brigade Enterprises has delivered numerous residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The upcoming Secunderabad project is anticipated to significantly contribute to the company’s growth, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 650 crore.
